Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw cauliflower, cut in small pieces
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can pimiento, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling water 2 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 7. One half cup serving equals 126 calories.
    Exchange is 1 vegetable and 2 fats.
