Tomato Soup Salad(Cheese Ring) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced green pepper, very fine
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. minced onion
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water.
Heat soup in boiler.
Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese. Beat with mixer until thick.
Fold in juice, mayonnaise and vegetables.
Lightly oil mold.
Chill 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Shrimp, olives or crab meat may be added, drained.
