Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 scant Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
pie shell
Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine 1 cup blueberries with 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil for 3 minutes.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt, add to cooked mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add lemon juice and cool.
Put rest of blueberries in cooled pie crust.
Pour glaze over top, then top with Cool Whip.
