Baked Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour (plain), salt, sugar, milk, water and egg together.
    Use ovensafe pie dish or iron frypan.
    Place butter into dish or pan and allow it to melt in oven at 425\u00b0.
    When butter has melted, pour cornbread mixture into pan.
    Place back into oven set at 425\u00b0 and allow to bake for 20 minutes.
