Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. onions
Preparation
    Mix together well; bake in a 12-inch skillet at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
