Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. oleo, softened
    1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl; blend in oleo until a soft dough is formed.
    If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.
    Shape into 1/4-inch balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
