Nacho Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    6 oz. ground beef or ground turkey, seasoned with taco seasoning
    1 small jar Pace picante sauce (mild)
    8 oz. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In an 8 x 8-inch glass casserole dish sprayed with Pam, layer ingredients in order listed.
    Cook on High in microwave for 7 to 10 minutes, rotating halfway once or in conventional oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve with salad and chips.
    Exchanges: 3 1/2 meat; 1 bread; 1/2 vegetable and 1 3/4 fat (with beef) (1 fat with turkey).
