Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast fillets
1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce (may substitute spaghetti sauce)
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, sliced in rings
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Preparation

Place chicken breast fillets in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir in sauce, onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
Cover dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove dish from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve.
