Hamburger Balls And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper and add onion.
    Form into egg size balls.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons of oil in a deep skillet or small Dutch oven; set aside.
    In drippings, mix in and brown flour.
    Add water to make a creamy gravy.
    Place balls in gravy and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
