Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Arrange rhubarb in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with 1 cup sugar and dab with bits of butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg and beat.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternately with milk.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 8.
