Supper Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced cooked ham
    1/4 chopped small tomato
    1 tsp. each: green pepper and onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Sprinkle this over omelet while cooking slowly.
    Run spatula around edge to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
    When egg is almost cooked, but still shiny, loosen edge; roll or fold one-half over.
    Serve at once.
