Green Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green onions
    butter or margarine
    salt
    pepper
    Worcestershire or soy sauce
    flour
    milk and water
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon margarine or butter in medium skillet.
    Add 3 to 4 chopped green onions.
    Simmer, then add salt and flour; add 1 cup milk (not necessary) and water for consistency.
    Use for taste Worcestershire or soy sauce.
    (A few dashes should be enough.)
    Let simmer until you reach desired consistency.
