Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten fluffy
    1/3 c. fresh orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking soda
    5 large McIntosh or Fugi apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice, vanilla and baking soda.
    Beat at least 5 minutes.
    The batter will be very thick.
    Core, peel and very thinly slice apples.
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in separate bowl.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Alternate cinnamon/sugar, apples and batter (in that order), 1/3 of each at a time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
