Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches fresh broccoli
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. golden raisins
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (depending on taste)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Wash and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Combine with bacon, raisins and onion.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Mix well.
Pour over broccoli mixture and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving, tossing occasionally.
