Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    garlic to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the steak, onion and garlic in the butter.
    Remove the garlic.
    Stir in the soup, water, sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover.
    Cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until steak is tender, stirring frequently. Serve over cooked noodles.
    Yields 4 servings.
