Cool And Creamy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. heavy cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine in small bowl, then press in the bottom of pie pan; set aside.
    Put gelatin in cold water.
    Stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Gradually add milk, lemon juice and gelatin.
    Chill until slightly thick.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour over crust.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
