Meat Loaf With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 can water
    1/4 to 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 to 3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown or white sugar
    1 lb. ground beef or mixture of beef, veal and pork
    1/2 c. rolled oats or bread crumbs
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated or diced
Preparation
    Mix the ground beef, rolled oats or bread crumbs, green pepper, onion and cheese.
    Add 1/2 cup or more tomato sauce, mixing well.
    Shape into a meat loaf or pack into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If you use the veal-beef-pork mixture, bake at 325\u00b0 for an additional 30 minutes. Serve with more tomato sauce on the individual portions.
