Strawberry Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. strawberries
    1 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Reserve several berries to garnish.
    Blend remainder with orange juice until smooth and strain into saucepan.
    Mix cornstarch with a little of mixture and add to remaining mixture in pan.
    Heat, stirring until it comes to a boil, then cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add sugar, lemon juice and buttermilk.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve in chilled bowls; garnish with extra strawberries and parsley.
    Sesame wafers go well with it.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
