Banana Milkshake For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe banana
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (strawberry or blueberry)
Preparation
    Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender.
    Blend for 1 or 2 seconds until smooth.
    Stir in yogurt.
    Chill, if desired, then serve.
