Chili Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 cans pinto beans, drained
    2 lb. ground meat, browned and grease drained
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal (to thicken)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot and let it cook all day on low.
    Spray crock-pot with Pam before cooking.
    If chili without beans is preferred, omit beans and increase meat to 3 pounds.
