Chicken With Cherries(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, cut in half
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can pitted dark sweet cherries (2 c.)
    1 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in half.
    Combine flour, salt, garlic salt and paprika in paper or plastic bag.
    Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time; shake.
    Heat butter or margarine in skillet.
    Brown chicken slowly in butter, turning once.
    Drain cherries.
    Add cherries to chicken.
    Pour wine over all.
    Cover; simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Pour sauce over chicken and serve with rice.
