Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Cut in shortening until mixture is coarse.
    Add milk and stir until blended.
    Transfer to lightly floured surface.
    Knead lightly, roll dough out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown, about 15 to 18 minutes.
