Spinach Stuffed Fish Fillets With Parsley Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. regular long grain white rice
butter or margarine
1 (10 oz.) bag spinach (frozen is good too)
1 medium green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 slice bread, cut into small pieces
paprika
salt
1 Tbsp. cooking or dry white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 flounder or sole fillets (about 1/2 lb. each)
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
lemon wedges
Preparation

About 45 minutes before serving, prepare rice.
Boil 15 minutes in 8 cups water. Rinse and cover. Keep warm in oven.
