Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 egg whites
dash of salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, cut up
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine sugar and 1/3 cup of water in medium saucepan.
Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cover and simmer on low heat while beating egg whites.
