Chicken Cordon Bleu(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 halves of boneless chicken or 3 whole ones
6 slices ham
6 slices Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. powder
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Make a white sauce by melting butter over low heat.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add chicken bouillon cube and stir until dissolved.
