Grandma Eichhorn'S Potato Salad(Recipe Dated About 1910) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    a bowl of potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. cream
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Pour vinegar over eggs; add mustard.
    When thoroughly mixed, add to potatoes and salt.
    Beat all together and add onion.
