Raw Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. + 1 tsp. flour
    3 c. rhubarb, cut into small chunks
Preparation
    Mix well, put into 9 X 13 pan.\tSprinkle cinnamon & sugar over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
