Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (mild or medium)
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. bacon drippings (use no cholesterol cooking oil)
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix corn bread mix, eggs, corn and oil and set aside.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Grease large iron skillet and heat.
    Sprinkle meal to brown.
    Pour batter on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Add meat, onions and pepper.
    Pour remaining batter on top and bake in oven until brown.
