Blueberry Peach Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box blueberry muffin mix
1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Wash blueberries and drain with peaches.
In a small bowl combine sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Mix muffin batter by box directions, except do not fold in blueberries. Spread batter into 8-inch square pan.
Top with fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
