Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture; beat smooth with a wire whisk.
    Test mixture to see if it flows easily through a funnel or out of a pitcher.
    If too thick, add milk; if too thin, add flour.
