Pita Pocket Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 oz. tomato paste
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. ground rosemary
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    pita bread
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 large cucumber, diced
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown, then drain the ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Add 1 cup water and the next five ingredients; mix well, cooking at medium-high heat.
    Blend water into cornstarch; stir into meat mixture, cooking until thick.
