Country Budget Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread crumbs.
    Add meat, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs and put into casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir well and pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
