Seafood Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    6 oz. cooked fettuccine noodles
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a skillet on medium/high.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic for 3 minutes.
    Add remaining scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes.
    Add fettuccine; toss and heat through.
    Makes 4 servings.
