Fudge Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oleo
    3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat first four ingredients over low flame until melted and set aside.
