Grilled Apricot Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all fruit apricot spread
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 ham steak (about 1 lb.)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine apricot spread, mustard and vinegar. Grill ham steak over hot coals, brushing occasionally with sauce, until browned on both sides, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
