Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots, mushrooms or cauliflower
    water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook carrots, mushrooms or cauliflower until soft in water. Let stand until cold.
    Slice in pieces.
    Cover with water 1/2 way up.
    Add oil, white vinegar, salt, pepper and onion.
