Avocados Stuffed With Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. light cream (half and half)
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. cooked lobster (or frozen crab substitute), flaked
    1/2 c. (about 3 oz.) crumbled Bleu cheese
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seed.
    Bruise slightly and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Don't peel.
