Chinese Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked brown rice
1 thin slice ginger root, slightly mashed
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. tamari
1 c. broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
1/2 c. mung bean sprouts
1/2 c. mushrooms, cut in half
1 c. snow peas
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Saute ginger and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Remove the ginger.
Add 1/4 cup water, tamari and all the vegetables.
Stir over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add rice.
Stir over medium heat until all ingredients are combined and heated through. Add tamari to taste.
