Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) pie shell
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. dry red wine
3 tsp. rye or bourbon
3 tsp. Port wine
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake pie shell for 10 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Beat until smooth and well blended.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Bake 1 hour or until firm.
