Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with a mixture of 2 cups crushed corn flakes or potato chips and melted butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
