Beef Stroganoff And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed steak, cut in strips
vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
3 c. cooked noodles
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Brown meat in a small amount of oil in a large skillet.
Add onion and garlic; cook until just tender.
Combine soup, sour cream, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms; pour over meat and heat through.
Toss noodles with butter.
Serve meat mixture over noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
