Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large pkg. Doritos
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add the taco seasoning plus 2 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Layer in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish: crushed Doritos, onion, pepper, meat sauce and 1/2 of cheese, sliced.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered.
