Dad'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 c. bean sprouts
1 c. snow peas
1 small zucchini
1 c. cashews (optional)
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

In wok, saute chicken in peanut oil until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir-fry until heated.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Cashews can be added with vegetables if desired.
