Egg And Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
5 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small can diced chilies
Preparation

Beat eggs, cottage cheese and butter.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well, then add cheese and chilies.
Beat again and pour into an 8-inch buttered square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until edges are light brown and center firm. This recipe can be doubled in a 9 x 13-inch pan, but will take longer to bake.
