Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size zucchini
    1 medium large potato
    1 medium onion
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Slice the zucchini and potato 1/8-inch thick, then slice lengthwise like shoestrings.
    Slice onions in strips.
    Cube the bacon.
    Put potatoes, bacon and onions in pan and stir-fry about one minute, then add the squash and stir-fry about nine more minutes.
    It should be a little crisp.
