Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Remove and chop mushroom stems.
Saute chopped stems and onions in margarine.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add Mozzarella cheese to dry ingredients.
Combine with stems and onions.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
