Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender (approximately 10 minutes). Place in greased casserole. Saute onion and celery in melted margarine until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in soup, Cheez Whiz and rice. Mix well. Add to broccoli in casserole (2 quart). Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degree oven (covered) for approximately 30-40 minutes.
