Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters with directions
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan.
    Sift dry ingredients; set aside.
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil together until well blended.
    Fold in zucchini mixture until blended.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
