Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. diced American cheese
    1/4 c. diced Brick cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. pkg. cottage cheese (small curd)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Beat eggs and add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir to blend.
    Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
