Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until light and thick.
    Add flour, salt and 1/3 cup of milk.
    Keep beating until all flour is moistened.
    Gradually add remaining milk and melted shortening; beat 1 to 2 minutes.
    Fill greased muffin tins a little less than half full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve at once.
